Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 11.03.2026 in connection with Bishunpur P.S. Case No.06 of 2026, registered under Sections 103(2)/3(5) of BNS, now pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gumla.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. but there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner as well as the named and un-named accused. The main allegation is against Tetra Oraon, whose bail has been rejected but other co-accused persons including those who have been named in the F.I.R. have been enlarged on bail. The charge-sheet has already been submitted. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail. However, the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is not in dispute.

After hearing the learned counsels for the parties and considering the fact that similarly situated co-accused persons, namely Bishwa Oraon and Chandreshwar Oraon have been granted bail in B.A. No. 4172 of 2026 vide order dated 08.06.2026; Shiblal Oraon in B.A. No.4941 of 2026 vide order dated 04.06.2026; Etwa Oraon in B.A. No. 5162 of 2026 vide order dated 22.06.2026; and Latu Oraon

and Sudeep Oraon in B.A. No. 5498 of 2026 vide order dated
19.06.2026.
6. Further, the bail application of Tetra Oraon has been rejected by this Court in B.A. No. 5115 of 2026 vide order dated 19.06.2026.
7. Since similarly situated co-accused have been enlarged on bail by this Court as well as by co-ordinate Benches, the petitioner is
directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty-five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gumla in connection with Bishunpur P.S. Case No.06 of 2026, on the following conditions: (i) One of the bailors would be the present pairvikar of the petitioner. (ii) The other bailor should be his close relative. (iii) The petitioner will attend the court on each and every date and on account of even single default, the learned court shall cancel the bail bond furnished by the petitioner. (iv) The petitioner will deposit a self-attested copy of his Aadhar Card along with his mobile number before the learned court which he will not change during the pendency of the case without prior permission of the court. (v) The petitioner shall fully co-operate with the proceedings before the learned trial court.
8. The instant application is allowed with the aforesaid conditions.
