Heard. 2. By way of this petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs : 10.1 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire record concerning the case of the petitioner from the respondent authorities for its kind perusal and consideration. 10.2 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ directing respondent No.02 and to decide the representation (ANNEXURE P/8) in terms with the direction passed by this Hon'ble Court pending before it in a time bound manner. 10.3 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ directing respondent No.03 to decide the representation (ANNEXURE P/8) preferred by the petitioner in terms with the order of cancellation of agreement in a time bound manner. 10.4 Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court, may deem fit and proper, in the facts and circumstances of the case. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in an earlier round 3 of litigation i.e. in WPC No.3061/2025, this Court vide order dated 20.6.2025, dismissed the petition, as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation/application before the concerned Collector raising all grievances as raised in the aforesaid writ petition. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertent mistake, it could not be pointed out that the appropriate authority to entertain the application is the Joint Director, Department of Urban Administration and Development, Regional Office, Bilaspur (Respondent No.2). He makes a limited prayer to dispose of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the said authority. 4. Considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the Joint Director, Department of Urban Administration and Development, Regional Office, Bilaspur (Respondent No.2) within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In turn, the concerned authority is directed to decide and consider the said application, if any, in accordance with law, within a further period of 45 days in accordance with law.
