No. 80891 of 2025 to the extent wherein, on account of inadvertence of the learned Advocate for the petitioners while mentioning the particulars of petitioner no. 7, it has been wrongly mentioned as Nitu Manjhi @ Mitu Manjhi D/o Badhan Manjhi, in place of Nitu Manjhi @ Mitu Manjhi S/o Badhan Manjhi in the cause title. To support the aforesaid contention, specific statement has been made on an affidavit. 2. It is further contended that on account of sheer mistake and communication gap, the petitioner could not mentioned his criminal antecedent that he has also been made accused in connection with Delha P.S. Learned Advocate for the State is present. 4. In view, thereof, in the cause title of the order dated 04.12.2025, the particulars of the petitioner no. 7 be read as Nitu Manjhi @ Mitu Manjhi S/o Badhan Manjhi in place of Nitu Manjhi @ Mitu Manjhi D/o Badhan Manjhi. Besides the petitioner bears one criminal antecedent. 5. The order dated 04.12.2025 stands modified to the extent indicated hereinabove. 6. The modification application stands disposed off. 7.
