Broadly speaking, the allegation against the accused/applicant is that he used to stalk the prosecutrix who is minor in age and on one day when she visited a temple the accused/applicant also reached there and forcibly put vermillion in the parting of her hair and also tied mangalsutra around her neck and thereafter, the accused/applicant took her to his home where he raped her twice. The accused/applicant also repeatedly molested her as explained by the prosecutrix in her chief examination recorded before the trial court, relevant portion whereof is at pdf 79-80.
