This First Appeal has been filed against the judgment dated 15.07.2025 passed by learned Civil Judge (Sr. Div.)-II-cum-Special Court of Land Acquisition Cases, Dumka in L.A.R. Case No. 06 of 2008. 3. The learned counsel for the appellants has submitted that the present appeal is not maintainable in view of order dated 18th July, 2019 passed in F.A. No. 118 of 2011 (Ujjair Khan Vs. Asha Devi and others) for want of pecuniary jurisdiction. He submits that let this appeal be transmitted to the office of Principal District & Sessions Judge, Dumka. 4. Considering the aforesaid submissions and having gone through the order dated 18th July, 2019 passed in F.A. No. 118 of 2011 and considering the pecuniary jurisdiction, this appeal is not maintainable before this Court. 5. This First Appeal is disposed of as not maintainable for want of pecuniary jurisdiction. 6. Let this appeal be transmitted to the office of Principal District & Sessions Judge, Dumka. 7.
