It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that while this Contempt Case was pending on the file of this Court, the Composite High Court of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh had dismissed the W.P.No.23563 of 2018 vide Order dated 19.09.2018. 3. Having noted the same, since the main Writ Petition itself has been dismissed vide Order dated 19.09.2018, no cause survives in the present Contempt Case. Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed.
