Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is no more and an application is filed to bring the legal representatives of the deceased on record. 4. Having heard the learned counsels on either side, perused the entire material on record. Nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition and this Court is not inclined to consider the LR application. Hence, this Court is passing the following: ORDER i.
