Earlier petitioner approached this Court by filing a petition being Writ A No.15763 of 2025, which was finally disposed of by Coordinate Bench of this Court vide judgement and order dated 28.10.2025 by which respondent no.4-District Programme Officer, Prayagraj was directed to decide the claim of the petitioner in accordance with law. Pursuant to the aforesaid, order dated 02.01.2026 was passed by the respondent no.4, which is under challenge in the present writ petition. 2. In the order impugned specific findings has been recorded that as per income certificate provided by the selected candidate/respondent no.6 her annual income is Rs.46,000/- and she obtained 16.355 marks on account of which she was selected on the post of Anganwadi Karyakatri. In so far as petitioner is concerned, it is stated that as per income certificate annual income of the petitioner is Rs.48,000/- the mark is 14.333. The operative portion reads as follows ;- "्ऺाप्त आवेदनों के सापे्ष शासनादेश संख्या-19/2023/3975/58-1-2022-2/1 (22) 10 टी0सी0-1 िदनाक 21 माचर्, 2023 में दी गई वरीयता के अनुसार ्शीमती कु ० ्श्धा देवी पत्नी ्शी मंगला ्ऺसाद िनवासी ्षाम हरग़ा िवकास खण्ड मेजा जनपद ्ऺयागराज का चयन ऑन लाइन भरे गये अपने आवेदन पंजीकरण कमांक AWW/61/717/610190 के साथ तहसीलदार मेजा ्ऺयागराज के स्तर से िनगर्त आय ्ऺमाण प्ऴ संख्या 457241034066 िदनांक 04.10.2024 वािषक आय रू0 46000/- के आधार पर गरीबी रेखा से नीचे जीवन यापन करने वाले पिरवार की मिहला के रूप में वरीयता ्ऺदान करते हुए एवं उच्चतम मेिरट 16. 355 अंक ्ऺाप्त होने के कारण आंगनबाड़ी कायर्क्ऴी के पद पर हुआ है। Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Amit Kumar Rajput, Sandeep Kumar Jaiswal Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. And 5 Others .....Respondent(s) ि्षतीय वरीयता पर रहीं यािचनी / आवेिदका ्शीमती सरला देवी पत्नी ्शी राजेन््श कु मार िनवासी ्षाम हरग़ा िवकास खण्ड मेजा जनपद ्ऺयागराज ्षारा ऑन लाइन भरे गये अपने आवेदन पंजीकरण कमांक AWW/61/717/638148 के साथ तहसीलदार मेजा ्ऺयागराज के स्तर से िनगर्त आय ्ऺमाण प्ऴ संख्या 457241041747 िदनांक 26.10.2024 वािषक आय रू0 48000/- के आधार पर गरीबी रेखा से ऊपर जीवन यापन करने वाले पिरवार की मिहला के रूप में होने एवं मेिरट 14.333 अंक ्ऺाप्त है। इस ्ऺकार यािचनी चयिनत ्शीमती ्श्धा देवी से मेिरट में भी कम है।" 3. The aforesaid findings recorded in the aforesaid order is not under challenge in the present writ petition hence Court is of the opinion that no relief could be granted to the petitioner in the present writ petition. 4.
