Following order was passed in this matter on 23.09.2026:- “Following order was passed in the matter on 01.09.2026: - “Petitioner seeks transfer both for himself and for respondent No.3 pending disciplinary proceedings against both of them. List on 23.09.2026.” During today’s hearing, learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner has placed on record notification dated 22.09.2026, issued by respondent No.1, transferring the petitioner from Government College, Arki, District Solan, to Government College Jukhala, District Bilaspur. Learned Senior Advocate raises a grievance for the petitioner that respondent No.3, who is also involved in the disciplinary proceedings arising out of the cross memorandum of chargesheet/inquiry, is still continuing at the same place, i.e. Government College, Arki, District Solan. Let learned Assistant Advocate General to have instructions with respect to the transfer of respondent No.3 as well, in order 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 to ensure conduct of fair, impartial & uninfluenced inquiry proceedings. Pursuant to above, learned Assistant Advocate General placed on record a notification issued by respondent No.1 on 29.09.2026 transferring respondent No. 3 from Government College, Arki, District Solan, to Government College, Ramshahr, District Solan, with immediate effect, with directions to respondent No. 3 to join at the new place of posting. 3.
