2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if the respondent/Election Commission of India considers and passes appropriate
order on the petitioner’s representations dated 1st April, 2026 and 4th April,
2026.
3. In view thereof, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent/Election Commission of India to consider and decide the representations of the petitioner within eight (8) weeks from today.
