Srinu Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development, Smt. Naga Chandrika, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj & Rural Development and Sri S. Vijay Kumar, learned Counsel representing Sri M. Krishna Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the Municipal Corporation. 2. Sri S. Vijay Kumar, learned Counsel representing Sri M. Krishna Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the Municipal Corporation has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, dated 27.04.2026. Copy of it is supplied to the Counsel for the Petitioner and the same is taken on record. 3. The Written Instructions would indicate that the Respondents have admitted the Net Amount of Rs.19,82,252/- (after Statutory Deductions). 4. Sri S. Vijay Kumar, learned Counsel representing Sri M. Krishna Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the Municipal Corporation, on instructions, seeks four months’ time to settle the said amount. 5. Having recorded the same, this Court deems it appropriate to allow this Writ Petition, with a direction to all the Respondents including Respondent Nos.2 to 4, to complete the entire administrative process, both inter- departmental and intra-departmental, by way of mutual cooperation and coordination, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of uploading of the Order on the website of this Court and transfer the amount to the bank account of the Writ Petitioner within four (04) weeks thereafter. 3 6. Writ Petitioner is directed to submit the bank account details to the Competent Authority within four (4) weeks from today for effective compliance. 7. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No order as to costs. 8.
