The court finds that the petitioner is aggrieved that his arrears of salary after re-fixation has not been paid which is about 1.85 lac, therefore, petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation stating all relevant facts and in such even, concerned respondent will pay arrears of salary preferably within a period of four weeks and in case of any legal impediment, same be informed to petitioner within the aforesaid period. 3.
