JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 3 15-07-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. 2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in Industrial Area P. S. Case No. 134 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Section 305(a) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. 3. It is alleged that items worth Rs. 1 crore 25 lacs were stolen from the factory of informant. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name transpired during investigation. Four bundles of plastic pipe and 21 pieces of ceiling fan was recovered from possession of this petitioner and he has got two criminal antecedents. 4.
