Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody in connection with Manjhiaon P.S. Case No. 57/2026 for the offence registered under Section 80(2) and 3(5) of BNS, now said to have been pending in the court of learned ACJM, Garhwa. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased and he has been falsely implicated in this case and therefore the case-diary be called for. The petitioner is in custody since 19.06.2026. 3. Learned counsel for the opposite party has opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that the marriage has taken place on 28.05.2025 and the deceased died in her matrimonial home under unnatural circumstances on 29.05.2026. There is a direct allegation of demand for dowry against the petitioner. 4. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and the fact that the deceased died in her matrimonial home under unnatural circumstances just upon completion of only one year of marriage and that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased against whom there is an allegation of 2026:JHHC:27241 2 demand of dowry in the FIR itself, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
