Counsel for the petitioner in presenting his arguments strenuously urged that Crl. Misc. was filed in 2023 and proceedings ought to have been completed within 30 days. However, it is pending for almost three years. Heard the arguments and perused the papers with care. 5. A perusal of the records reflects that Section 14 petition was filed in 2023. Now we are in the month of July, 2026. It is almost three years and the case is pending, hence, a gentle request is made to the Court to dispose of the Crl.Misc.No.88/2023 within an outer limit of 30 days from the receipt of certified copy of this order. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. Since a gentle request is made to the Court to dispose of the case, there is no need to issue notice to the respondents.
