No one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. On the previous date also, none appeared for the appellant. Notice was issued to Mr. Ashwani Arora, counsel for the appellant and he was informed about the proceedings vide letter dated 8142 on 10.12.2025 but even then none has appeared on behalf of the appellant, so it seems that appellant is not interested in pursuing the instant appeal. 2. In such circumstances, no useful purpose would be served by keeping the instant appeal on the docket, indefinitely. 3. Accordingly, the instant appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution with liberty to the appellant to revive the same, if have any grievance from this order, within a period of three months from today. 4. As a natural corollary, since the main case stands dismissed for want of prosecution, all pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of, as no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping them pending.
