(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of directions to official respondents Nos.2 and 6 to safeguard the life and liberty of the petitioner who is facing threats at the hands of certain gangsters. 2. The counsel for the petitioner contends that despite two PSOs having been provided to him, there is still an apprehension to his life and liberty and therefore, permission be accorded to him to put a tinted film on his car. 3. The counsel for the State on instructions, submits that the petitioner is at liberty to paste a tinted film on the window panels with 50 per cent visibility on one car registered in the name of the petitioner. 4. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to paste a tinted film on the window panels of any one car standing in the name of the petitioner with a visibility of 50 per cent.
