The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following relief: “It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and pleased to quash the First Information Report no. 816/2019, dated 11.09.2019 registered at Police of Police Station Sarkanda, District Bilaspur (Non- applicant no. 3) (Annexure-A/1) and further be pleased to quash the criminal case no. 151/2021 registered at Judicial Magistrate First Class Bilaspur (Presiding Officer- Smt.
