JUSTICE RONGON MUKHOPADHYAY ------- For the Petitioner : Mr. Arun Kumar, Advocate For the Opp. Party : A.P.P ------- 02/10.09.2026 Heard Mr. Arun Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected in B.A. No.637 of 2026. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 05.09.2025. Regard being had to the period of custody undergone by the petitioner and the fact that some of the co-accused persons have been granted bail, as noted above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV-cum-Exclusive Special Judge, POCSO Court, Gumla in connection with Raidih P.S.
