The applicant has preferred this First Bail Application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail, as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 166/2025, registered at Police Station – Azad Chowk Raipur, District – Raipur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 296, 351(2), 115(2), 117(2) and 3(5) of BNS and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act. 2. In spite of the time being granted to learned counsel for the applicant on 28.04.2026 so as to enable him to explain the criminal antecedents of the applicant which are 5 in number, the same has not been explained. 3.
