It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the parties that the lis has been amicably settled by the parties - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:32017 WP NO.18855 OF 2025 among themselves with the intervention of the well-wishers in terms of the joint memo filed before this Court. 3. Parties are present before the Court and they have been identified by their respective counsels. Parties to the petition have submitted that, they have amicably settled the dispute among themselves with the intervention of the well- wishers on their own volition, without any force or fear and also submitted that there is no impediment to dispose of the writ petition in terms of the joint memo. 4.
