In this writ petition, the petitioners have sought for quashing of the proceedings initiated in RA No.8 of 2025 on the file of respondent No.3. 4. Having taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, it is observed that Respondent No. 3 has proceeded with the matter despite the order passed by Respondent No. 2, wherein it was stated that the entries in the revenue records shall be considered only after the conclusion of the suit in O.S. No. 74 of 2022 pending on the file of the Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Chintamani. 5. It is also evident from the writ papers that this Court, by order dated 20.12.2025 passed in W.P. No. 16041 of 2025, considered the validity of the order dated 23.05.2025 passed in R.P. No. 130 of 2024. - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:32458 WP No. 18324 of 2026 6. In that view of the matter, I am of the opinion that it is open to the petitioners to produce the relevant documents/records before Respondent No. 3 on 08.07.2026 and also this order. 7. Respondent No.3 shall thereafter take an appropriate decision in the matter, particularly with regard to whether the proceedings are required to be deferred till the conclusion of O.S. No.74 of 2022 pending on the file of the Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Chintamani, in accordance with law. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
