It is stated that already an amount of Rs.1,30,000/- is deposited by the petitioner before the Trial Court. Today an amount of Rs.30,000/- is paid before the Court and the respondent acknowledges the receipt of the same. The balance amount of Rs.60,000/- is payable in three instalments i.e., on 02.08.2026, 02.09.2026 and 02.10.2026.
