Respondents (Cause title is downloaded from CIS Periphery.) For Petitioners : None. For State : Mr. Anway Tiwari, P.L. Hon’ble Mr. Justice Amitendra Kishore Prasad Order on Board 07/07/2026 1. From perusal of the order dated 04.03.2023 it appears that a notice for removing encroachment was issued directing the petitioners to remove the building materials and the alleged encroachment from the subject land. The record reveals that after the filing of the present writ petition, the matter was listed on 15.03.2023, on which date learned counsel for the petitioner entered appearance. Thereafter, no effective steps appear to have been taken by the petitioner for listing or pursuing the matter for final adjudication. 2. In these circumstances, and having regard to the considerable lapse of time, this Court is of the considered view that with the efflux of time, the petitioners have lost interest in pursuing this matter as they never intended to argue the same. 3. Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Sd/- (Amitendra Kishore Prasad) Judge U.K. Raju
