Kishore Naik, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Ch.B.R.P. Sekhar, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri Gudapati Lakshminarayana, learned Standing Counsel for Atmakur Municipality (Respondent No.5). 2. Sri Gudapati Lakshminarayana, learned Standing Counsel for Respondent No.5, has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Commissioner, Atmakur Municipality dated 25.02.2026. Copy of it is supplied to the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and the same is taken on record. 3. The Written Instruction would indicate that the bill of the Writ Petitioner is admitted for the gross amount of Rs.15,09,356/- vide CFMS No.2025- 2565875. In the remarks column of Written Instruction, it is stated that the said Respondent is awaiting fund clearance. 4. Having noted the same, this Court deems it appropriate to allow this Writ Petition, at the admission stage, without going into the merit, directing all the Respondents to complete the entire administrative process, both inter-departmental and intra-departmental, by way of mutual cooperation and coordination, within a period of eight (8) weeks from today and transfer the due amount to the bank account of the Writ Petitioner within four (4) weeks thereafter. 5. Writ Petitioner is directed to submit the bank account details to the Competent Authority within four (4) weeks from today for effective compliance. 3 6. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No order as to costs. 7.
