A memo for withdrawal dated 16.06.2026 has been filed signed by the counsel for the petitioner, which reads as under: "The petitioner most humbly seeks the leave of this Hon'ble Court to withdraw the present writ petition as the Respondent has withdrawn the blanket debit freeze communication and has requested for marking of lien from the petitioner's account. Therefore, the petitioner intends to withdraw the present case and seeks liberty to approach this Hon'ble Court at appropriate stage. The same may kindly be taken on record in the interest of justice and equity." 3. Accepting the said memo and the submission of the counsel for the petitioner, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
