The present Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief: “For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the Petitioner hereby prays that this Honourable Court in the interests of Justice be pleased to issue an appropriate writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS to declare the action of the Respondents in proposing the land use in T.S.No. 1096 of Bheemunipatnam in an extent of Ac.3.10 Cts through Draft Revised Master Plan, 2041 as Brown Zone (Hills) issued in Gazette dated 08.02.2026 and consequently set aside the same in so far as it relates to the Petitioners land of an extent of Ac.3.10 Cts. covered by T.S.No. 1096 situated at Bheemunipatnam and pass such other or further order or orders as are deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.” 3. Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the Representation/Objection submitted by the Writ Petitioner dated 07.03.2026 (Ex.P.12) and requested this Court to dispose of this Writ Petition with a direction to the Respondent Authorities to consider the said Representation/Objection. 4. Having regard to the submissions of the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition with a direction to the Respondent Authorities, particularly Respondent No.2, to consider the Representation/Objection submitted by the Writ Petitioner dated 07.03.2026 (Ex.P.12) and pass a Speaking Order in accordance with law 3 within a period of eight (08) weeks from today and communicate such Order to the Writ Petitioner forthwith for effective compliance. 5. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs. 6.
