Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the representation submitted by him on 07.07.2025 before Tehsildar, Tehsil Nadoti, District Karauli, has not been decided till date and he may be permitted to file a fresh representation before Sub- Divisional Officer (SDO), Nadoti, District Karauli, for redressal of his grievances.

Considering the limited submission so made, without delving into the merits of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file representation before respondent No.2 – SDO, Nadoti, District Karauli, for redressal of his grievances and in the event of any such representation being filed, the same be considered strictly in accordance with law within a stipulated time period.

3. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
