The writ petition is filed to recall the order dated 08.11.2024 in W.P.No.11233/2023 and to set aside the order passed by the Tribunal in Application No.1797/2022 and consequently to restore the Revised Final Select List dated 26.10.2023 of Motor Vehicle Inspector. 3. It is brought to our notice that the petitioner has also filed an application in Application No.990/2025 before the Tribunal questioning the Revised Final Select List of Motor Vehicle Inspector dated 13.02.2025. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:31480-DB WP No. 18369 of 2026 4. In view of the above, we need not to go into the contentions raised herein and also contention raised by the petitioner's counsel with regard to recalling of the order in Writ Petition No.11233/2023 dated 08.11.2024. However, we are of the opinion that it is open for the petitioner to urge all the contentions raised herein before the Tribunal in the pending application. Accordingly, writ petition stands disposed off. In view of the above, pending I.As, if any, do not survive for consideration.
