The instant petition has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to the Trial Court for the expeditious disposal and conclusion of Criminal Case No.3611/2020 (State of Chhattisgarh Vs. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is pending since year 2020. He further submits that after framing of charges, the case was fixed for recording of prosecution evidence on 19.10.2022. He further submits that total 11 witnesses have been cited by the prosecution and the address of all these witnesses are of Raipur, but till date not a single witness has been examined by the prosecution. However, despite several dates having been fixed, the evidence has not yet been concluded. Therefore, it is prayed that appropriate directions be issued to the learned Trial Court for expeditious disposal of the pending proceedings. 3. Upon perusal of the material available on record, this Court is of the opinion that the ends of justice would be served by directing the concerned Trial Court to dispose of the pending proceedings expeditiously. Accordingly, the concerned Magistrate, Raipur is directed to make all endeavours to hear and finally decide Criminal Case No. 3611/2020 pending between the parties as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law. 4.
