For the reasons assigned in the affidavits accompanying the applications, I.A.Nos.1, 2 and 3/2025 are allowed. 4. The delay of 61 days in filing the LR application is condoned, the abatement is set aside and the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner are permitted to be brought on record as petitioner Nos.1(a) to 1(c). 5.
