This is an application under section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre-arrest bail in respect of Golokganj P.S. Case No. 18/2026. Page No.# 2/2 3. Mr. Bora has submitted that pursuant to the interim order granted by this Court on 22.01.2026 in favour of the petitioner Sri Jitul Ray, he has already appeared before the Investigating Officer and has been cooperating with the investigation. 4. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsels of both sides. 5. Since the petitioner has been cooperating with the Investigating Officer, he does not deserve to be detained in custody. For that reason, his bail application is allowed. 6. The interim bail granted to the petitioner Sri Jitul Ray by this Court on 22.01.2026 is hereby made absolute. 7.
