Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs. “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to re-fix the petitioner’s seniority in the gradation list from her initial date of joining i.e. 03.01.2011, PAWAN KUMAR JHA Digitally signed by PAWAN KUMAR JHA 2 / 2 and to place her at the appropriate position accordingly, considering his continuous service. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to grant all consequential benefits, including consideration for promotion, fixation of pay and seniority based benefits, arising out of correcting of the petitioner’s seniority. 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as it may deems fit and appropriate.” 2. After arguing for sometime, counsel for petitioner submits that as petitioner has already submitted representation before Respondent No. 3-District Education Officer, which is pending consideration, therefore, direction be issued to the concerned authority to take decision on pending representation at the earliest within specified time frame. 3. Learned counsel for State submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, she is having no objection. 4. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for respective parties, without commenting any thing on the merits of the case, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage directing Respondent No. 3-District Education Officer to consider and take decision on pending representation of petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 04 months from the date of receipt of the order passed by this Court. 5.
