The learned counsel for the respondents placed the proceedings vide Rc.No.527/2025-DT dated 18.09.2025 (part of the record). Proceedings indicates that the petitioners were informed that the revenue authorities have no authority to delete the land in Sy.No.66 to the extent of Ac.7.98 cents in Pedakakani village and mandal and further advised the petitioners to file a representation before the Endowments Department for redressal of the grievance. As the respondents complied the orders of this Court, there is nothing in the matter to adjudicate. 03. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed granting liberty to the petitioner challenging the proceedings of the respondents vide Rc.No.527/2025-DT dated 18.09.2025.
