This application is filed to recall the order dated 28.03.2024 one passed this Court recalling the order dated 19.02.2016 and permit the petitioner to comply the order dated 19.02.2016 and dispose off the same in the ends of justice. 3. Counsel for the applicant in presenting his arguments submits that the application seeking the reliefs as stated above.
