This Criminal Revision Case has been filed by the petitioners/accused under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, ‘the Cr.P.C.’) against the Order dated 01.02.2017 passed in M.C.No.23 of 1998 on the file of learned Family Court-cum-V Additional District Judge, Visakhapatnam (for short, ‘the trial Court’). 2. As seen from the record, this Criminal Revision Case has been filed against the order dated 01.02.2017 passed in M.C.No.23 of 1998. M.C.No.23 of 1998 has been filed by the respondent No.1 herein seeking to enhance the maintenance amount from Rs.1,000/- to Rs.7,000/- per month. By impugned
order dated 01.02.2017, the trial Court partly allowed the petition by enhancing the maintenance amount from Rs.1,000/- to Rs.4,000/- per month. Against the said order, the respondent No.1 herein preferred the revision.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that matter has become infructuous due to change of circumstances and requests to close this matter.
5. Recording the said submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds the cause does not survive for adjudication and the matter would become infructuous due to change of circumstances.
6. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated and the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
