By aforesaid speaking order, the case of the petitioner seeking pension on higher wages came to be rejected by 2 assigning appropriate reasons. A copy of the speaking order dated 11.03.2026 has been placed on record after furnishing the same to learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. In that view of the matter, the Contempt Case is closed.
