Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing the matter for some time, submits that certain revenue proceedings bearing Case No. 202506960100079/B-121 are pending before the concerned Collector, Baikunthpur. It is submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to pursue the said proceedings before the competent authority and that a direction be issued to the Collector to decide the same expeditiously. 2. Learned State counsel submits that the pending proceedings shall be considered and decided by the competent authority in accordance with law. 3.
