Also heard Mr. P S Lahkar, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam. 2. This application has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 praying for condonation of 143 days delay in preferring the connected Criminal Revision Petition. 3. The delay has been satisfactorily explained. 4. This Court is of the opinion that going for issue of notice upon the opposite party would be nothing, but sheer waste of time. 5. Therefore, the delay stands condoned. 6. The connected Criminal Revision Petition shall be registered and listed for admission hearing.
