The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 96, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023. 3. It is alleged that this petitioner along with other co- accused persons kidnapped minor daughter of informant. 4. During investigation, the victim was recovered and her statement was recorded under Section 183 B.N.S.S. wherein she denied the factum of kidnapping. She specifically stated that no one has kidnapped her. She was in love with this petitioner and as such, she had solemnized marriage with him (petitioner).
