Heard Mr. Aniruddh Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Shashank Thakur, learned Additional Advocate General for respondents / State. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following relief: “10.1 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records in relation to the case of the petitioner from the possession of respondents for its kind perusal. 10.2 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash/set aside the impugned medical examination certificate dated 06.09.2024 (Annexure P/1) issued by the respondent no. 5 i.e., State Medical Board. 10.3 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to declare the Rule 7 Sub-Rule xxi of (A) Serial No. 8 along with Schedule IV Praroop of Gazetted Notification Dated 25.05.2018 published by the State Government of Chhattisgarh (Annexure P- 12) as ultravires to the provisions of The Act of 3 2016 and The Rules of 2017 and unconstitutional. 10.4 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider the disability certificate dated 29.09.2021 issued by District Medical Board, District Hospital, Mahasamund (C.G.) for it being in consonance with the Act, 2016 and the Rules, 2017 and thereby, grant admission to the petitioner in respondent no. 6 college namely Late Shri Lakhiram Government Medical College, Raigarh. 10.5 That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant such other relief(s) in favour of the petitioner, as it may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice. 10.6 Cost of the petition may also be granted to the petitioner.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has become infructuous. 4. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
