The petitioner is an accused in connection with Korrah PS Case No. 225/2025. It has been alleged that the petitioner was apprehended from a Swift car and on checking of the vehicle, 1.980 Kg. of opium and 20 Kg. of doda were recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that recovered quantity of opium and doda are intermediary quantity. It has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 13.12.2025 and he does not have any criminal antecedent. The learned Spl.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Pr.
