Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to Opposite Party No.4, i.e. Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation, to grant due opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner before evicting him from his residential house and take decision, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.
