In view of the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 183 (at page 86) of the C.D., no implication or role of the present petitioner appears in the alleged offence, excepting that of the principle two accused persons, namely Ramen and Radhika. 2. State has raised strong objection as to the bail prayer of the present petitioner, for the reason that the petitioner is also involved in trafficking and sex racket. The Court is not convinced with the same, those statements being not back by sufficient materials in C.D. 2 3. For the reason as stated above, the bail prayer of the present petitioner is allowed. 4. Hence it is ordered that in the event of arrest the petitioner shall submit bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of equal amount, one of whom must be local to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jalpaiguri the petitioner shall comply with the condition under Section 482(2) of the BNSS and shall cooperate with investigation in all possible way. He shall not intimidate witnesses in any manner and shall not tamper with the evidence of the case in any manner whatsoever. 5. C.D be returned. (Rai Chattopadhyay, J.)
