1. Affidavit of service is taken on record.
2. Having perused the case diary and considering the submissions of the respective learned advocates for the petitioner and the State, the Court is of considered opinion that after completion of investigation in this case, the custodial interrogation of the petitioner may not be necessary any further.
3. Hence, the petitioner’s bail prayer is allowed.
4. Hence it is ordered that in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall fine bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of like
2 amount, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dinhata subject to the condition that the petitioner shall duly comply with the provisions under Section 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023 and duly cooperate in the investigation. He shall not intimidate witnesses or tamper with the evidence in any manner whatsoever.
