It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that without granting any opportunity or issuing any prior notice to him, opposite party no.3 is proceeding for eviction and demolition of his shop room situating over plot No.1611/1548. 3. Considering such limited prayer of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Tahasildar, Titilagarh (opposite party no.3) to grant due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and follow due procedure of law, in accordance with law, before proceeding for his eviction from the land in question as per the plot number mentioned above, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.
