The grievance of the petitioner is that he has submitted a representation on 16.04.2026 and the same has not been considered as of today. 4. Taking note of the grievance, a Mandamus is ordered directing the Chief Personnel Manager of KSRTC to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner vide Annexure-D in accordance with the law within four weeks from the receipt of the certified copy of this order. 5.
