By way of present application, indulgence of this Court has been sought to release the amount of compensation, falling to the share of applicant, who has been arrayed as respondent No. 1, in the present appeal, which has been decided by this Court, vide order dated 2.9.2025. In view of no objection made by learned counsel for the non-applicants, the application, under consideration is allowed and the amount lying deposited with the Registry of this Court, alongwith up-to-date interest, falling to the share of applicant, is ordered to be released in her favour. The amount, so released, shall be remitted to the bank account of the applicant, as per the particulars mentioned in the application. The application is, thus, disposed of.
