ORAL ORDER
1. The Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following relief: a) Issue a WRIT OF CERTIORARI or any other writ,
order or direction quashing the PROCLAMATION AND WRITTEN NOTICE OF SALE OF IMMOVABLE PROPERTY bearing No. RO(CMP)-136/JAN-2025-26/PRC-049891 passed by the 3rd Respondent dated 03.02.2026 (ANNEXURE -A);
b) Issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS or direction or any other writ to the Respondents to accept the Property tax pertaining to Property No. PID No. 43-14-14 belonging to the Petitioner for the year 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 with corresponding penalty (ANNEXURE-H, J, K);
c) Grant such other and further reliefs as are just including the costs of this writ petition in the interest of justice.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner has filed a memo dated 16.06.2026 signed by learned counsel for the Petitioner which reads as under:
“MEMO FOR DISPOSAL It is respectfully submitted as follows: The above writ petition was filed challenging the Proclamation and Written Notice of Sale of Immovable Property bearing No. RO(CMP)-136/JAN- 2025-26/PRC-049891 by the 3rd Respondent dated 03.02.2026 (Annexure-A) indicating the auction sale on 21.02.2026 for the arrears of property Tax. In terms of the interim order dated 17.02.2026, the Petitioner was given opportunity to pay Rs.11,216/ arrears of Property tax pertaining to Property No. PID No. 43-14-14 for the year 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 as demanded. Accordingly the Petitioner has paid the said amount by way of D.D 541151 dated 12.02.2026 drawn on SBI and the Respondent No.3 has acknowledged the same. In terms of the above, the Writ Petition has become infructuous and maybe disposed of accordingly.”
3. Her submission is that the demand which had been raised on the Petitioner has been paid. There are no amount due and liability paid by the Petitioner.

4. In that view of the matter, this Court passes the following:
ORDER i) Writ petition is allowed. ii) Proclamation notice for sale of the immovable property dated 03.02.2026 at Annexure-A, is quashed.
