This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the Order dated 11.11.2025, passed in WPMS No.3319 of 2024, “Anil Kumar vs. State of Uttarakhand and Others”. By the Order dated 11.11.2025, the following direction was issued:-
“(4) Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the Secretary, Uttarakhand Para Medical Council. If he makes representation within one week from today, Secretary concerned shall take decision thereupon, as per law, within six weeks thereafter.”

Heard Mr. Suryakant Maithani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Tilak Ram Sharma,
learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

Mr. Suryakant Maithani, Advocate, appearing for the petitioner submitted that the Order dated 11.11.2025 has been complied with. Therefore, the petitioner does not want to pursue the matter further.

In view of the above, this contempt petition (No.32 of 2026) does not require any further
consideration. The proceedings in this contempt petition are closed.
